Agreement and eligibility

By using Arcadigo, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, Community Guidelines and relevant privacy notices. If you do not agree, do not create an account or join a match. You must meet the minimum age and legal capacity required for online services in your location; a parent or guardian must agree where law permits supervised use.

The service

Arcadigo provides original browser games, guest and account sessions, friend lists, direct messages, player parties, matchmaking, AI opponents, private challenges, progression and public pages. Social features require a registered account. Features can change, pause for maintenance or be discontinued. Arcadigo does not promise that a human opponent will always be available. Instant Match may select a clearly identified AI; Human Only does not.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate account contact information, protect your credentials and notify Arcadigo of suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity under your session unless caused by Arcadigo’s failure to use reasonable safeguards. Usernames are public and must follow the published rules. Do not buy, sell or transfer an account without written permission.

Game integrity and progression

The server’s verified record controls official scores, XP, achievements, missions and ratings. Arcadigo may correct duplicate, corrupted, fraudulent or invalid results and restore rating affected by a verified failure. AI matches award reduced XP and no competitive human rating. Progression is a revocable service record, not property or legal tender.

The initial release has no real-money payments. If payments are introduced later, separate price, refund and consumer disclosures will apply before a transaction.

Your content and feedback

Usernames, friend-to-friend direct messages, reports and support messages remain yours. You grant Arcadigo the limited right to process them to deliver, secure, moderate and improve the service. Do not submit content you lack the right to share. Product suggestions can be used without a royalty obligation, while Arcadigo will not publish private direct messages or report details as promotional content.

Arcadigo materials

The Arcadigo name, original games, artwork, software and site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable right to use the service—not ownership of source code, trademarks or assets. Do not copy, resell, scrape at harmful scale or create a confusingly similar service.

Suspension and termination

Arcadigo may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate access for rule violations, security risk, legal need or material harm to the service or players. Serious cheating, harassment, impersonation or attacks can result in immediate action. Where practical, account holders may request review through Contact.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Arcadigo does not guarantee uninterrupted connections, a particular opponent, permanent progression or compatibility with every device. Nothing excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent allowed, Arcadigo is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the service.

Changes and contact

Material changes receive an updated date and appropriate notice. Continued use after an effective change means acceptance where law allows. Questions about these Terms can be sent through Contact.
