Acceptable Use Policy

Apply common sense first

Use Arcadigo for legitimate play, account management, friend communication, player parties, private challenges and ordinary browsing. Do not use the platform to harm another person, gain an unfair competitive advantage, interfere with availability or access data you are not authorized to see.

Prohibited conduct

• Do not cheat, automate inputs, manipulate ratings, submit a result twice or alter a client to evade server limits.
• Do not probe, scan or exploit production systems without explicit written authorization.
• Do not overwhelm pages, APIs, WebSockets, reports, challenges or account flows with automated requests.
• Do not impersonate staff, evade a ban, trade accounts or use several identities to manipulate matchmaking.
• Do not use friend requests, direct messages or party invitations for harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, unwanted advertising or repeated contact after someone asks you to stop.
• Do not upload, transmit or link to malware, illegal material, personal data exposed without permission, hateful content or credible threats.
• Do not reverse engineer beyond rights granted by applicable law, extract assets for redistribution or use Arcadigo to train a competing service without permission.
• Do not attempt to obtain signing keys, database credentials, internal API tokens, private reports or room identifiers.

Responsible vulnerability reports

If you encounter a security weakness during normal use, stop before accessing another person’s data or disrupting a service. Record the smallest useful reproduction, keep it confidential and send it through Contact. This policy does not grant permission for destructive testing, social engineering, denial of service or persistence in Arcadigo systems.

Automated access

Search engines may crawl routes allowed by robots.txt at a reasonable rate. Other bots, scraping, account automation and API clients require prior permission unless Arcadigo publishes a specific integration. Rate-limit headers and access controls must be respected.

Enforcement

Arcadigo may block requests, revoke sessions, invalidate results, restore affected ratings, suspend accounts, preserve evidence or contact authorities where appropriate. Administrators should document sensitive moderation actions. Enforcement decisions consider severity, intent, impact and history.
