How Arcadigo touch controls work
Every published Arcadigo game has a dedicated mobile layout. The approach is consistent across games:
- Movement: A left-side virtual joystick that follows your thumb. No fixed D-pad, no tiny buttons.
- Actions: Right-side buttons or a directional aim-and-charge pad, depending on the game.
- Arena visibility: Controls sit below the game arena so your hands never cover the action.
Here is how each game handles mobile specifically.
Bumper Bash mobile controls
- Left joystick for movement (WASD equivalent)
- Three large skill buttons on the right (Q, E, R equivalents)
- Skills fire in the direction you are facing or aiming
Pulse Pass mobile controls
- Left joystick for movement

Mobile browser performance tips
Browser games on mobile are sensitive to a few factors. These tips apply to any device:
1. Use a modern browser
Safari on iOS 15+ and Chrome on Android 10+ provide the best WebGL and WebSocket support. Avoid in-app browsers (like the one inside Instagram or Facebook) — they often throttle performance and block WebSocket connections.
2. Close background tabs
Mobile browsers share GPU memory across tabs. If you have 20 tabs open, the game gets less graphics memory. Close unnecessary tabs before playing.
3. Enable Low Power Mode only if needed
Low Power Mode on iOS reduces GPU performance. If your game feels sluggish, try disabling it temporarily. Arcadigo games are lightweight enough that most devices from 2020 onward run them smoothly without Low Power Mode.
4. Use Wi-Fi when possible
Cellular connections add latency. While Arcadigo's server-authoritative model tolerates moderate latency better than client-authoritative games, a stable Wi-Fi connection produces the smoothest experience.
5. Landscape orientation
All Arcadigo games are designed for landscape (horizontal) orientation. Rotate your device and lock orientation for the best layout.
Mobile vs. desktop: what changes?

Game rules, matchmaking and server verification are identical across platforms. A mobile player and a desktop player compete on equal terms — the server applies the same physics, cooldowns and validation to both.
Can you play with friends who are on desktop?
Yes. Arcadigo matchmaking does not separate mobile and desktop players. You can be on your phone while your friend is on a laptop, and you will queue into the same match. The server treats all clients equally.
Party play also works cross-platform: a desktop player can invite a mobile player to a party, and you will stay on the same team in supported queues.
